Principal

Ron is the principal in charge of practice development for the firm. In addition, he also coordinates all of the firms investment partnership and broker/dealer audits. He started his career at a large international accounting firm auditing a variety of companies including banks and real estate partnerships. Managing a staff of 7 professionals, he has experience working with a variety of regulatory agencies, including the NFA, SEC, FINRA and CFTC.

Ron has a special appreciation of the entrepreneurial process. As the organizer and general partner of a variety of real estate and other investment partnerships, he has a deep understanding of every phase of the process. He regularly assists our clients on matters ranging from structuring agreements and locating capital, to ongoing investor relations and tax and regulatory compliance.
