Managing Principal
Mr. Patke is the Managing Principal of Patke & Associates, Ltd. He has over 32 years of experience in public accounting. Mr. Patke leads the Focused Audit Group which services the investment partnership and broker/dealer industries. He also has extensive experience in business consulting, taxation, management information, business valuation and estate planning.
Mr. Patke started his career at a national public accounting firm auditing labor unions, health, welfare and pension funds. He has held supervisory and management positions with prominent local CPA firms in the Chicago area. In 1985, he participated in the formation of the accounting practice Jordan, Patke, Hafft & Company. In July, 1990 he formed the accounting firm Jordan, Patke & Associates, Ltd. In June, 2009 the firm changed its name to Patke & Associates, Ltd.
